Quorum Internacional is a Spanish cheese manufacturers’ association aimed at preserving and supporting the traditional art of Spanish cheese making.
We and our associates guarantee direct access to a large range of specialities carefully manufactured in the different regions of Spain. Unique cheeses elaborated using age-old production methods, fresh milk from local breeds, combined with the distinctive vegetation and climate of each region.

The great majority of cheeses have Denomination of Origin status “D.O. cheese”, which means it falls into the highest category of cheese in Spain. D.O. cheeses from various regions, valleys, mountains and islands, made by residents for centuries using fresh milk from local breeds. Production processes, the breeds involved and the final cheeses are subject to strict, on-going quality controls defined by law. D.O. cheeses can be recognized by the numbered seal stating: Consejo Regulador Denominación de Origen (Denomination of Origin).
